Calcium Silicate

GES-AGM calcium silicate parts are typically used in molten metal applications. Our manufacturing facilities in the US and in Brasil, have state of the art CNC machines to produce complex parts and shapes. There are many applications for the material including: machined spouts (dip tubes), billet or ingot floats, continuous caster tips, transition plates/headers, trough liners, head boxes, molten metal dams, baffle plates, and furnace linings. All products are asbestos free, non-wetting, and have excellent machining characteristics.
